Easy Japanese Street

I would love to visit Japan someday, the cities and their streets intrigue me. I love all the neon signs and how much there is to see and explore. For this week’s tutorial I’d like to use a photo and show you how you can easily turn it into a lovely stylized illustration. It’ll be fun!
